Complete list of changes

· Remove paths from hyperlinks and leave only file name (only Professional edition) - In "Search More" option (Search & Replace tab) select option "Remove Path From Hyperlink"

· Restart Office applications after Search or Replace process (only Professional edition) - Over Application Configuration you can set should ReplaceMagic restart Office applications before Search and Replace process. This is useful in case that you want to be sure that Office application is running before you start to use ReplaceMagic. Of course, ReplaceMagic will start all Office applications when it is started but if you close any of them during ReplaceMagic run then ReplaceMagic will not be able to run properly. Restart of Office applications will take few seconds.

· Suppress Warnings (only Professional edition) - sometimes ReplaceMagic will open internal message window with some kind of waning (for example, when it restarts Office applications you will see notification about that). By selecting Suppress Warnings in Application Configuration you will suppress those notification messages.

· Broken hyperlinks check (only Professional edition) - by selecting option "Check does Hyperlink Exists" in Application configuration ReplaceMagic will check does found hyperlink exist. In case that returned code by Web server is 200 (everything is ok) you will see in result list that hyperlink is ok. In case of any other returned code you will see that hyperlink was not accessible. Sometimes Web server will return code 200 even if hyperlink is behind some password protection and ReplaceMagic can not avoid that.

· Broken file links check (only Professional edition) - by selecting option "Check documents for broken file links" ReplaceMagic will check does each found file used in document exist. Of course, you will see results in Hyperlinks tab. This works also for OLE Object links.

· In case that hyperlink or file exists this will be marked with blue color, if link does not exist then it will be in red color. If link can not be checked, for example, mailto or ftp links then they will be marked with purple color.

· Export to Excel file format (only Professional edition) - beside export to CSV now you can export results in Excel file format. This works in "Find documents", "Hyperlinks", "OLE Objects" and "Search & Replace" tab.

· ReplaceMagic at top of all windows - by selecting option "ReplaceMagic at top of all windows" in Application configuration ReplaceMagic will be on top of all opened applications. This is similar to how Task Manager works.

· Hyperlinks in Shapes (Word) - before if you had some shape (for example, oval) and hyperlink was connected with shape by changing this hyperlink ReplaceMagic converted oval to text box in oval form. Now ReplaceMagic will make change without conversion of shape.

· By exporting results to Excel all links will be clickable (only Professional edition) - By clicking on link ReplaceMagic will either open browser with clicked hyperlink or it will open file which link was clicked.

· Hyperlinks and OLE Objects tab (result lists) all links are clickable - If you click on some of links it will be marked bold and also checkbox in front of links will be selected. Of course, hyperlink or file link will be opened.

· Detailed or Lite export of found results (only Professional edition) - in Find Documents tab when you want to make export of results you can select Detail or Lite report (option Save List Under...). Detailed report will include details from "Find documents", "Hyperlinks" and "OLE Object" tab and Lite report is report based on active tab. Selection of Lite/Detailed report works only in case of HTML report.

· Export of results to HTML file format (only Professional edition) - results in "Find documents", "Hyperlinks", OLE Objects" and "Search & Replace" tabs can be also exported in HTML file format.
