When you choose "Export List" you can create export of everything what is in Search&Replace tab. Available export document formats are Excel, CSV, PDF and HTML:

After choosing what type of report you want to make ReplaceMagic will open file dialog where you can choose location where you want to export document.

Database export - in case that you want to save scanning result in database (which was previously configured over Configuration => DB Config), you will need to select export to Excel and then to select "Store scan results in database":

After providing name for database export and clicking on Export button ReplaceMagic will export results in Excel file but also in configured database.
