At Webtime Corporation, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their software purchases. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for your software purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Non-Activation: If the software license was never activated or used, and you request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Technical Issues: If the software has a significant technical issue or bug that prevents it from functioning as described, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the problem within 30 days of reporting the issue.


Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide that you no longer need or want the software after purchase.
  • License Expiration: If the software license has already expired or been used significantly.
  • Discontinued Use: If you stopped using the software but did not request a cancellation or refund within the refund eligibility period.
  • Third-Party Purchases: If the software was purchased through a third-party reseller, the refund will need to be processed by that reseller, in accordance with their refund policy.

Additional Terms
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances (e.g., if only part of a multi-software bundle is refunded).
  • Chargebacks: If you request a refund through your credit card provider or payment processor instead of following the above procedure, your access to the software may be immediately revoked, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.
  • Refund Currency: All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original purchase. Currency conversion fees or fluctuations are not covered by Webtime Corporation.
