Your trial checklist
Install ReplaceMagic
Run the installer on a Windows computer with .NET Framework 4.8. Check the system requirements and access to your document locations.
Scan representative copies
Start with copies containing the file formats and link types you need to repair. Scan a test folder or SharePoint library and review the results.
Preview the proposed changes
Set up your old and new paths, or review the patterns generated by SmartMapper. Run Preview and check the proposed replacements before saving changes.
Test replacements and validate
Apply replacements to the test copies during the 30-day replacement trial. Open the changed documents and test their links. Review the processing results; trial document limits still apply.
Choose your edition
Use your tested formats, storage locations and mapping needs in the edition finder. Compare coverage and prices before buying a licence.
About the Free Trial
Free trial: replacements are available for 30 days. Scanning has no time or document-count limit. No registration or credit card required.
During the replacement trial, manual search/replace pairs process around 10% of scanned documents. SmartMapper generates keys for the first 100 documents and repairs those documents. A full licence removes these trial limits.
